How to compete


Compete as an:
Individual
The rules:
You must complete the challenge as an individual.
Each sport must be completed in one effort e.g. not split over multiple days.
You must complete all 5 sports.


Compete as a:
Team - Own one sport
Team size 2-5
The rules:
Team members can split the sports between members.
Each sport must be completed in one effort (e.g. not split over multiple days).
You must complete during the challenge month of November.
Example:
Member 1- Swim and hike
Member 2- Run, cycle, paddle


Compete as a:
Team - Share the distance
Team size 2-5
The rules:
Team members can share the distances of the sports.
You must partake in each sport.
You must complete during the challenge month of November.
Example for Slay cycle:
Member 1- Cycles 60km
Member 2- Cycles 90km
Team Total distance = 150km

Hong Kong is an outdoor playground. What started with friends and family, became a challenge: complete 5 self-propelled sports back to back.
No pressure on times - just you, nature, and pushing past your comfort zone. Some disciplines will test you. Others might surprise you.
But here's the truth: you're not doing this alone. Train together. Push each other. Belong to something bigger.
Swim, cycle, paddle, run, hike.

The Challenge
Complete your distances across five sports during November 2026.

How You Compete
Individual
Complete all five sports yourself. Each sport must be finished in a single continuous effort.
Team: Share the Distance
Split the distance of each sport across your team. Combined totals count - every member contributes. eg split the total run distance between you.
Team: Own One Sport
Divide the sports between teammates. eg. One runs, one swims, one cycles. You each own your discipline.
Tracking Your Progress
Sync your activity data through the BelieVe app or your website profile. Your completions appear on the challenge leaderboard.
Challenge dates
The challenge must be completed in November 2026.
