As part of the BelieVe Challenge community programming, participants joined a guided recovery session focused on meditation, sound healing, and mental wellbeing.
Led by certified mental wellbeing facilitator Aigul Safiullina, the session explored how recovery supports both physical performance and consistency. Through guided meditation and sound healing, participants were given practical tools to reduce tension, improve focus, and create space for rest after training.
The session also created an opportunity for participants to connect outside of workouts and training sessions. Taking time to recover together helped strengthen the sense of community behind the challenge and encouraged participants to support each other beyond physical performance.
