About the event
As part of the BelieVe challenge, recovery is just as important as movement. This session is designed to support both physical recovery and mental resilience, helping participants stay consistent and perform at their best.
Through guided meditation and sound healing, the session will help reduce muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and improve focus and sleep quality. It is an opportunity to slow down, reset, and give your body the space it needs to recover after training.
