About
SLAY — 250KM TOTAL Run 21km | Swim 9km | Paddle 20km | Cycle 150km | Hike 50km The Slay Challenge is a serious endurance commitment — a 21km run, 9km swim, 20km paddle, 150km cycle, and 50km hike. This program is structured for people with a genuine fitness foundation and experience across most of the five sports. Training across all five disciplines simultaneously requires careful management of fatigue, recovery, and scheduling. This program gives you the framework to do that — building each sport progressively over 12 weeks, peaking in weeks 9 and 10, then tapering into November. Open water swimming, long-distance trail hiking, and extended cycling form the backbone of preparation. Take the recovery weeks seriously — they are not optional, they are where adaptation happens. The training guidance in this program is designed to help you prepare for the Believe Challenge at your own pace. It is general in nature and not a substitute for professional medical, coaching, or fitness advice. If you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns, consult a qualified health professional before beginning. Listen to your body — if something doesn't feel right, rest, seek advice, and return when ready. Believe is not responsible for any injury or adverse outcome resulting from participation in this training program.
