This is not a beginner program. It requires an existing high level of fitness, experience across all five sports, and the discipline to train consistently across a 12-week period while managing fatigue intelligently. The training load is substantial — expect four to five sessions per week per discipline at peak — and the consequences of under-preparation are significant. This program will get you to the start line capable and confident, but it requires your full commitment. If you're considering Kaboom, you already know what you're capable of.
