BLAZE — 125KM TOTAL Run 10km | Swim 5km | Paddle 10km | Cycle 75km | Hike 25km The Blaze Challenge is a significant multi-sport undertaking — a 10km run, 5km swim, 10km paddle, 75km cycle, and 25km hike. This program assumes a base level of fitness and some experience across at least a few of the five sports. The 12-week structure builds progressively in each discipline, with particular attention to the cycle and hike distances which represent the majority of the total load. You'll train three to four sessions per week per sport, building to comfortably exceed each target distance before November. The focus throughout is sustainable effort — training you can recover from, repeat, and build on week after week. The training guidance in this program is designed to help you prepare for the Believe Challenge at your own pace. It is general in nature and not a substitute for professional medical, coaching, or fitness advice.
