BOOM — 30KM TOTAL Run 5km | Swim 2km | Paddle 3km | Cycle 12km | Hike 8km The Boom Challenge covers 30km across five sports — a 5km run, 2km swim, 3km paddle, 12km cycle, and 8km hike. This program is designed for people who are relatively new to structured training or returning after time away from sport. You don't need to be fast, strong, or experienced — you need to be consistent. Over 12 weeks, you'll build from short, accessible sessions to comfortably covering each challenge distance with room to spare. Work through the sports simultaneously or focus on the ones that feel least familiar. By the time November arrives, the goal is simple: you arrive prepared, you complete your challenge, and you enjoy it. The training guidance in this program is designed to help you prepare for the Believe Challenge at your own pace.
